Questions and answers
The questions we most often receive from IT, HR and procurement teams, and from B2B buyers.
General
Which device types do you process?
Smartphones, laptops, tablets, wearables, monitors and professional accessories. Each category is assessed for reuse, repair or responsible recycling potential.
What is the minimum volume to start?
We usually start from 50 devices for a structured recovery. For employee benefit programmes, the threshold depends on how many employees are eligible.
Where are devices processed, and do you ship across the EU?
Devices are refurbished at 1 chemin de Monce, 41100 Saint-Firmin-des-Prés, France, and at Liepkalnio g. 107–109, 02121 Vilnius, Lithuania. We cover inbound and outbound flows across the European Union.
Operations
How are grades A, B and C defined?
Grades combine cosmetic condition, battery health and functional tests. We document accepted and excluded defects for each grade to avoid commercial disputes.
What processing lead times do you offer?
Standard sorting is completed within 96 hours of reception. Repairs and final grading depend on required parts and batch volume.
How does an employee benefit programme work?
We provide the controlled catalogue, warranty, logistics and support. HR defines eligibility rules and any subsidy, then tracks adoption and avoided CO2.
Data
How do you guarantee data wiping?
Every device follows a logged erasure procedure aligned with ADISA and NIST references. A certificate is issued per device, and exceptions are quarantined.
How do you calculate avoided CO2?
We start from device type, condition, estimated extended lifetime and exit channel. The metric is tied to serial numbers so it stays auditable.
B2B
Can you buy our batches directly?
Yes. We either purchase batches outright or operate on a value-share model after resale, depending on category, grade and expected rotation.
A question that is not listed?
Send us your exact constraints: volumes, categories, timelines and compliance requirements.
